He is the Managing Partner of the Firm (LEAD & CO.) and the Chief Executive Officer of LEADSolutions, Inc. Concurrently, he is in charge of the Systems Implementation Services and provides directions in Systems Analyses and Design of business software applications.

He also served as Partner-in-charge for Outsourced Internal Audit Services for five years. In addition to financial and operations audit, he also handled engagements involving business process reviews and training services.

Mr. Degala also has an excellent track record as an educator for more than ten years. He is a seasoned instructor and CPA Reviewer handling accounting, auditing, financial management, management consultancy, taxation and other business subjects. He has also academic chairman of the accountancy programs of and as Vice President of academic institutions.

He started his professional career with Joaquin Cunanan & Co. – PricewaterhouseCoopers, now Isla Lipa and Co.

He has a master’s degree in public administration, and has academic units leading to a doctorate in business administration. He completed his Bachelors Degree in Accountancy Degree from the Ateneo de Davao University with distinctions of Cum Laude and Pricewaterhouse Awardee for Excellence in Accounting.

Rebecca S. Caslib

She is the partner-in-charge of the Business Accounting and Controllership Services Group.

She is proficient in corporate planning, budgeting and taxation acquired through varied exposures as finance manager, logistics manager (purchasing, warehousing and shipping) , corporate controller and internal audit manager of export-oriented companies engaged in banana, fishing, trucking, and box plant operations.

Joseliza A. Eralino

She is the Partner-in-charge of the Firm’s Business Support Services Group, handling administration, logistics, human resource and finance functions.

Connie T. Leong

A part-time partner who provides technical support in facilitating business processing services, as well as in business and accounting controllership services. She also provides technical assistance in business advisory services particularly in the management of family-owned businesses.
