She is currently an assistant professor in the School of Management at the University of the Philippines in Mindanao. She is a candidate for a doctoral degree in public administration. She has enhanced her technical competencies through her attendance in various certificate courses on International Finance (University of the Philippines, Manila), Development of Executive Management Course with Focus on Adult Education and Life-Long Learning Process (Curtin University, Perth, Australia), Development and Management of Workers Education Program for Trade Unions and Cooperatives (International Institute for Workers Education and Cooperatives-Histadrut, Tel-Aviv, Israel), and on Community Development and Role of Non Governmental Organizations (joint undertaking of the University of the Philippines and the Embassy of Israel and its Government, Manila, Philippines).
Her professional exposures gained her consultancy works both in the international and domestic arena. These included the International Labor Organization, the Philippines Australian Human Resource Development Facility, Asian Development Bank and the DED of Germany covering her international work. Locally, she was consultant for domestic and multi-national corporations handling various areas such as human resource management, collective bargaining and labor management and strategic planning and management.
She is also a course developer and resource person for supervisory skills enhancement program, and management development program. These courses are customized programs that focus on acquisition of managerial skills and enhancing workforce cooperation and productivity.
Francis E. Degala
He is the Managing Partner of the Firm (LEAD & CO.) and the Chief Executive Officer of LEADSolutions, Inc. Concurrently, he is in charge of the Systems Implementation Services and provides directions in Systems Analyses and Design of business software applications.
Thaddeus R. Acuña
He is the Chief Operating Officer of the Audit and Assurance Services Group. At present, he is the Partner-in-charge for Outsourced Internal Audit Services.
Rebecca S. Caslib
She is the partner-in-charge of the Business Accounting and Controllership Services Group.
She is proficient in corporate planning, budgeting and taxation acquired through varied exposures as finance manager, logistics manager (purchasing, warehousing and shipping) , corporate controller and internal audit manager of export-oriented companies engaged in banana, fishing, trucking, and box plant operations.
Joseliza A. Eralino
She is the Partner-in-charge of the Firm’s Business Support Services Group, handling administration, logistics, human resource and finance functions.
Connie T. Leong
A part-time partner who provides technical support in facilitating business processing services, as well as in business and accounting controllership services. She also provides technical assistance in business advisory services particularly in the management of family-owned businesses.
