She is the Partner-in-charge of the Firm’s Business Support Services Group, handling administration, logistics, human resource and finance functions.

She has been a technical consultant of a local company engaged in retail and ICT services in the areas of treasury and cash management, finance and accounting, and human resource, particularly in recruitment and personnel development.

She is an experienced manager with varied exposure in banking services in areas of branch operations, treasury and cash management, marketing and promotions, loans and micro-finance; and retail services handling operations, human resource and administration, and systems, internal control and compliance. She had also an exposure to audit and assurance services in various industries like mining, advertising, manufacturing ,pharmaceutical, hotel, insurance, etc.

Francis E. Degala

He is the Managing Partner of the Firm (LEAD & CO.) and the Chief Executive Officer of LEADSolutions, Inc. Concurrently, he is in charge of the Systems Implementation Services and provides directions in Systems Analyses and Design of business software applications.

Rebecca S. Caslib

She is the partner-in-charge of the Business Accounting and Controllership Services Group.

She is proficient in corporate planning, budgeting and taxation acquired through varied exposures as finance manager, logistics manager (purchasing, warehousing and shipping) , corporate controller and internal audit manager of export-oriented companies engaged in banana, fishing, trucking, and box plant operations.

Connie T. Leong

A part-time partner who provides technical support in facilitating business processing services, as well as in business and accounting controllership services. She also provides technical assistance in business advisory services particularly in the management of family-owned businesses.
