Accounting systems analysis and design and preparation of accounting and operations manual
This engagement involves design of an accounting system for newly established organizations, or review and enhancement of an existing accounting system. Prior to adoption and implementation by the management, the proposed accounting systems is presented to the management and personnel affected through a seminar-workshop to ensure that these are properly understood and to clarify issues and concerns. Our service may also include monitoring of the implementation of the new accounting system.
