Full Outsourcing

Co-sourcing

In internal audit co-sourcing arrangement, we will complement the internal audit activities with specialized skills from our pool of professional internal auditors. We can work in partnership with our clients in varied roles and responsibilities. In these co-sourcing services, we may:

  • act as advisor to the chief internal auditor in terms of planning, risk assessment, and developing the audit program;
  • provide training and supervision of clients internal auditors; and/or
  • execute the audit procedures.

Internal audit quality assurance review

We also conduct full diagnostic review of client's internal audit functions to help its management prioritize audit projects, and assess the resources needed to execute audit activities. A quality assurance review provides management with confidence knowing that the internal audit activity is functioning as intended, as well as helps address areas for improvement.
